Prices are subject to change. Services are generally non-refundable once rendered. Product return/exchange eligibility is governed by bio/synergy's in-center policy and applicable law.

Promotions may have restrictions (dates, availability, non-combinability). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

All Site content is owned by or licensed to bio/synergy and may not be copied or used without written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. bio/synergy is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bio/synergy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your Site use, bookings, services, or purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where bio/synergy Health + Wellness operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
